We usually like to take some time in our worship gathering to highlight the story of an individual in our community, hearing what God is doing on the micro-level. But we’ve also made it a goal to regularly use these “Snapshots” to highlight issues of societal injustice. We feel it was especially important to resume the practice of Social Justice Snapshots to address a particularly-challenging moral question facing Ohio voters in three weeks regarding Ballot Issue 1 about reproductive rights and abortion access. The Bible says, “Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31). So, in everything, we want to encourage you to practice Christian faith in how you approach things like this.
